Product Description

The Helm is the perfect orthotic-friendly boot on the Aura Collection for any occasion. This fashionable low-heeled ankle boot features a two tone leather combination, as well as double zippers for for increased adjustability. The HELM boot has a padded heel cup & instep for ultimate comfort as well as padded technical lining for comfort, warmth & moisture absorption. This style also features NAOT's removable anatomically-correct cork and latex innersole which is wrapped in soft suede which moulds to the foot with wear. The NAOT Women's Aura Collection features a stylish 3.81cm light weight polyurethane sole. This sole unit is sleek and refined while being lightweight, durable and abrasive to prevent slipping.

Our patented Naot Replacement Innersoles are available for Helm.

    I wore my brown Helm for the first time today , they provide great stability and arch support, enjoyed wearing them so much I plan to purchase a black pair of Helm . With lower back problems, narrow feet, and fallen arches my go to shoes have been Naot for many years.

    My first pair Naot. Supportive, quality leather. Cheetah print brought compliments. I got the 8 and it’s good with trouser socks or nylon hose. I would need an 8 1/2 to wear socks.

    Comfortable

    I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes that I can wear all day at work because I have plantar fasciitis. I am so happy I gave these a try, I can wear them all day COMFORTABLY! I will be being another color.

    Perfect for hospitality and hairdressing

    I have been wearing Naot shoes for the past 10 or so years both hairdressing and hospitality shifts. I finally had to retire my old favorites. I stepped straight into the Helms, did a 4 hours resturant shift and they were that comfortable I backed up for 2 consecutive 10 hour bar shifts. I replaced my others as I started to get siatica. Siatica is totally gone thanks to a few stretches and my new Naots They are so comfortable and supportive. I can 110% recommended them
